Objective
The students will learn customer-oriented and purposeful communication with patients and members of the work community. They can support patients in taking care of themselves and promoting their health.
The student will be able to monitor the patient's state of health, symptoms and the effects of treating the commonest diseases. They will be able to perform basic clinical care procedures of primary health care, including safe use of care instruments, drug dose calculations, basics of drug treatment, and can administer drugs according to the regulations and within their authorisations. The students also recognise the risks of wrong dosages and can prevent this from happening.

The students know the clinical procedures that are needed in the examination and treatment of radiography and radiotherapy patients. They know how to monitor a patient’s vital functions and administer drugs safely under guidance. They are familiar with different ways of administering drugs and are capable of professional interaction.

The students are fluent with the clinical procedures that are needed in the examination and treatment of radiography and radiotherapy patients. They can assess and react to changes in the patient’s vital functions with appropriate care and plan the use of and administer drugs safely under guidance. They can also assess and carry out various ways of administering drugs and to interact professionally.
