Objective
Students reflect on their expertise and determine their development needs considering self-management and their resources. They assess and anticipate the impact of changes in society on physiotherapy as well as act as developers and producers of services conveying breadth of vision. Students identify and analyse the significance of administration and leadership for producing physiotherapy services benefitting individuals and society. They are capable of strategic work by assessing and being responsible for the implementation of strategies as developers of their work community. Students develop the quality, effectiveness and economy of their actions in their work unit from a client-oriented perspective. They utilise tacit knowledge as a resource of management and deepen their professional ethics in their leadership work.
