Sisältö

The goal of the project is to design and develop a small-scale interactive information service application on the Web. The project integrates the knowledge provided in 1.term and 2.term courses and develops students’ practical skills in applying that knowledge. The course will also introduce the students with project-based learning.
- Implement web application development methodologies in practise
- Apply basic visual design methods for Web applications
- Design a small-scale interactive application on the Web (using CSS)
- Manage small application development projects
- Organise and document individual learning in a group project

- Apply visual design methods for Web applications in consideration of the customer needs and discuss the visual needs with the customer (user centred –design methods)
- Design a small-scale interactive application on the Web (deeper knowledge on how to use CSS and XHTML)
- Develop updating system for the customer
- Modify the give guidelines for the project management to fit the particular project that is under work
- Organise, document and reflect on the individual learning in a group project
