Designing Automatic Equipment 1Laajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The student knows how to design automatic equipment, knows the principles of team work and has the basic knowledge of the requirements of EU machine directives to design process.

Content

An automatic equipment is designed and built during the course as a team work. A special attention is focused on documentation and demands of EU machine directives. Risk analysis is used when designing the machine safety.

Qualifications

Hydraulics and pneumatics, control systems and fieldbus systems, electrical engineering and electronics.
