Objective
To develop knowledge and understanding of:
the principles of modern marketing
central issues in labour and employment legislation.
Content
A holistic view of marketing principles. A holistic view of leadership themes and topics including employment legislation (employee contracts, working hours, vacations, industrial safety and remuneration). Issues are dealt in both Finnish and international contexts.

Understanding the basics of Industrial Management.
