Objective
The student can solve the customer orientation of logistics services in the production and marketing. Students are able to develop and produce their own work and subcontractors enable business customers to promote logistics services as well as to measure their service quality, customer satisfaction surveys to develop and sell and market logistics services.

Customers, customer relationship, service sales and purchasing, service quality, quality standards, quality systems and certification, service level and quality factors, customer satisfaction and research, skills of negotiation, agreement and advertising.
