Profile of the programme
This degree programme is designed to prepare the student for diverse expertise level and developmental duties in companies and organizations. The student will develop a wide perspective on business and a deep knowledge of how to act in varying business contexts.
Key learning outcomes
In these programmes the aim is to train students to analyze business problems from a wide perspective and to give them a deep knowledge in marketing and logistics, finance, or international business. We also provide a multicultural study environment: students have the possibility to work together in projects with experts of other fields and in international groups with our exchange students.

Description
As a BBA you will be working in various expertise and development tasks in different companies and organizations. This education provides a strong knowledge for you to operate in the changing business world. During the studies, you form a clear vision of the overall business. The degree includes studies in all major business areas: • Entrepreneurship • Sales and Marketing • Accounting and finance • Organization development • Business communication • Logistics • Business Law During the studies, you will develop your own communication, interaction and information acquisition skills and get up-to-date IT skills. You will learn how to analyze business and market development, and based on them to create new practices. You will improve your project and team working skills; you will learn to engage actively to a variety of activities and to act in various networks. You also achieve good personal skills enabling you to work as a responsible member of the workplace in the future. Your studies prepare you for international interaction. Deepen your skills by choosing one of the following specialisation options: - Marketing - Accounting and Finance - Leadership and organizational development. Each orientation consists of 45 credits of professional studies, which will be supplemented by two optional 15-credit study packages. One of 15-credit study packages needs to be selected inside your specialisation option. The other one you can choose either of your own specialisation option, of another specialisation option or of individual advanced studies, such as logistics or communications. This allows you to tailor your studies according to your own interests. Accounting and Finance These studies evolve your accounting and finance expertise. After completing your professional studies, you can choose either accounting or finance as your specialisation field. By selecting the Accounting, you learn to control the management accounting practices. You are able to develop the company's internal accounting, taxation, manage tangles, as well as the consolidated financial statements and the International Financial Reporting Standards criteria. You have a global vision of the audit. By choosing Finance, you will evolve to a financial professional. These studies give you a good overall view of the financial markets, deepen your knowledge in the theory of finance, but you also get a good insight of the work in practice. You will learn to control the basic tools for investment; you will learn to evaluate the return and risk of investments, as well as to understand the different investment products special features.
