Objective

The objective is to provide basic information on Finnish society, working life, support networks in working life, entrepreneurship and the challenges of the future.

The student will be familiarized with the basic requirements of work and opportunities for work, acquiring employment and livelihood. The student will learn to seeks and apply information from the support networks of society in various stages of working life, facing the challenges of work and study, work and family, part-time employment, unemployment or entrepreneurship. The student will be able to draw up documents required for job applications and recruitment.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Student can search for information on working life and entrepreneurship. He/she understands the basic terms of working life and understands different models of entrepreneurshp. Student can count simple sallaries, reimbursement expenses and fees on his/her own cultural sector. He/she can search for information on social security.

Student can search for information on working life and entrepreneurship and apply that in his/her own work.. He/she understands the terms of working life and differentiate models of entrepreneurshp. Student can count basic sallaries, reimbursement expenses and fees on his/her own cultural sector. He/she can search for information on social security and report it.

Student can search for information on working life and entrepreneurship useing multiple sources and meand of information. Student know main terminology of employment and knows different types of entrepreneurship. Student can count salalries, fees and reimbursement expenses and understands how they are built. He/she can search and apply found information on socil security system. He/she can plan his/hers own future and reflect his/hers choises in freelancerfield.
