Objective

The students will widen their outlook on designing men's clothing and the fundamentals of collection design are understood. The skills in designing, coordinating, giving manufacturing instructions and mastering commercial collections are further improved.

Content

The assignments involve collection design for men for different purposes. Hence, individual design methods and skills in giving manufacturing instructions for garments
in subcontracting are enhanced. Dressing according to the etiquette is also focused on. Furthermore, observing the trend colours utilizing the magazines, Pantone Textile system and computer software is practised.
