Objective

Students understand the special features of a live shoot and understand the differences between recording various television productions compared to recording documentary and fictional films. They understand the needs and processes of the other areas of production process and is able to relate their work to them. Students understand also the content, technical and production requirements of recording music in a television production.

• Special features of live recording situations
• The production structures of sound various television productions
• Music in television productions
• Recording in collaboration with the rest of the production crew in a television production environment
• Differences between recording in an on-location van and in the studio

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
