Fundamentals of TV Studio WorkLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The students master the basics of studio technique, camera work, studio recording, image narration and lighting in television work. They are familiar with multi-camera production processes. They can work together or complete multiple duties in a multi-camera production.

Basics of multi-camera production on television.
Basics of studio technique.
Professional roles in a multi-camera production.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Participating the lectures.  Exercises done, some shortages.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Active participating to the lectures. Ability to adapt.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Active participating to the lectures.  Ability to adapt and reflect. Exercises done with new knowledge to the subject. 

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
