Fundamentals of Image and EditingLaajuus (6 ECTS)

Objective

The students master the basics of an image processing program. They know the physical foundations of saving an image. They can operate the basic camera equipment. They master the basics of visual narration and lighting. They can edit a restricted set of images and they master the workflow concerning image and sound material ranging from shooting to editing, post-production of sound, and making a release print.

Active participating to the lectures.  Ability to adapt and reflect. Exercises done with new knowledge to the subject.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
