Jurisdiction and Ethics in the field of MediaLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

The students master the legislation and ethical principles in the field of media and can apply the rules to every-day work. The students know their rights and duties in work life. The students recognize the key copy right issues and can both draw up contracts and apply the contractual rules of the field. The students master the fundamentals of ethics in journalism.

Active participating to the lectures.  Ability to adapt and reflect. Exercises done with new knowledge to the subject.

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
