Objective

The students know various leadership styles and methods. They can analyze how leadership can be applied to audio visual productions. They can assess and develop both their group work and leadership skills.

Content

Leadership theories, practices, types, and methods.
Assessing and improving one’s own leadership skills in a workgroup.
Group work skills.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
