Internship Seminars 1 & 2Laajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

Internship seminar 1: Students are able to analyze and reflect on their experiences and evaluate the conditions of and development possibilities of working life. Students know the working life practices of their field and the inherent conditions for operation and development possibilities.

Internship seminar 2: Students are able to analyze and reflect on the phases and requirements of their intership process and recognize their own areas of improvement.

Content

Internship seminar 1: Students report on the internship process literally and orally and participates in seminars in order to hear and reflect on the experiences of others. The group explores the character and future prospects of the professional field by writing reports under the guidance of the seminar leader.

Internship seminar 2: Students report on the intership orally and literally and participate in seminar meetings where others are reflecting on their work processes. In the meetings, the group focuses on recognizing and naming the requirements of various creative processes as well as general and individual features.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Completing the course with a pass grade requires that a student has met the objectives of the course as defined in the course implementation.
