Objective

Upon completion the student will master the basics of technical drawing. The student will know the differences of 3D modeling and surface modeling. The student will learn the basics of 3D modeling and use of modellings as well as utilising the special features and use of surface modeling and 3D modeling in relation to productive starting points.

Content

-illustration methods for tecnical drawing, scales, carving, dimensioning
-basics of feature driven 3D modeling
-learning how to apply appropriate modeling methods and modeling software, their interfuntion with each other in different uses

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

-The student knows the basics of 3D modelling
-The student knows the differences of 3D modeling and surface modeling
-The student can utilize the special features and usage of the 3D modeling and surface modeling
-The student can take production methods into account
