Objective
The student will know how to digitize the material needed in his/her design process. The student will master the basics of image processing and will know how to apply that knowledge into creative visual work. The student will understand the importance of professional ethics when using the Internet as a source of material.

The student is able to use a scanner and a digital camera in his/her work. He/she knows how to transfer materials to the computer and edit them. He/she is able to manipulate an image with appropriate software and compile several images into one photo collage.
