Cultural and Enviromental Health CareLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

After completing the study unit, students are able to evaluate the premises and challenges of multicultural nursing in public health nurses’ work. They know how to describe environmental health nursing in a holistic way and are able to apply this knowledge to health promotion of individuals, families, groups and communities. Students are able to participate in prevention and care of communicable diseases with other health care professionals.
