Objective

Students assess health factors of work, work community and work environment promoting and burdening the employee’s health, wellbeing and ability to work in accordance with the good occupational health care practice. They plan, implement and assess health examinations, carry out workplace surveys and participate in work in the work community using client-oriented work methods of health promotion. Students identify various effects of occupational health care on employees, work, work environment and work community. They implement multiprofessional collaboration with occupational health care professionals and experts, client communities and work safety.
