Objective

Can produce specialist proposals, project plans and applications and progress reports. Can present a project and defend his/her views and solutions. Can take part in a project and understands his/her role and responsibilities in successful management

Content

• can produce a project plan and the budget, assessment in a real application project
• can recognize the key elements of the project: goal, scope and cost and their dependencies
• is able to establish a project organization and understands their responsibilities
• understands the role of the project leader and tools for successful leading management
• can use a PC program in making resource plans, WBS and time schedules and use it in reporting
• understands the meaning of risk management in running projects successfully
• can follow up a project, costs and schedules and can scope with changes in plans
• can progress a project report
• can present a project and defend his/her views and solutions.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Understands the meaning of successful project management, can produce a plan and present it, can use the PC program in scheduling.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Has a good understanding of project management success factors, can make a good, realistic project plan and a budget of a given subject, can present it and defend one's views and solutions, can use the PC program in scheduling, resourcing and following up.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Has an excellent understanding of project management, can make a real project plan of a more complex project, shows interest/talent in acting as a project manager, is able to present his/her project ideas and solutions clearly and realistically, can use a PC program effectively in project managing and reporting, has good skills in working in a group.
