Objective

After completing the course, the students are able to
· understand the principles of CE (circular economy) and apply these in planning new business activities
· understand the most important business models of CE and apply these to their own professional field
· identify business opportunities of CE in the changing society

Content

The business potential of CE in various stages of material flows (from raw materials through manufacturing to sales, use/consumption and back to circular flows of different levels), identifying and eliminating leakages from flows, business models and ecosystems of CE, entrepreneurship and start-ups within CE, successful CE solutions, preparing for future challenges.

· identify CE business models and their main characteristics
· identify the advantages of CE for both society and companies
· identify the main CE applications and solutions in their own professional field.
