Development
Opetussuunnitelma on tehty yhteistyössä 2013 toimikautensa lopettaneen talotekniikan neuvottelukunnan kanssa. Opetussuunnitelmaa on käsitelty kokouksissa 130422,130930 sekä 131111. Tutkinto-ohjelma pitää kiinteää yhteyttä työelämään mm. harjoitteluiden, työssäoppimisopintojen ja opinnäytetöiden kautta. Opetussuunnitelman pääsisältö ei ole muuttunut vuosien 2014-2017 versioista. Vuonna 2018 on ensimmäisen vuoden opetusta ryhmittely uudella tavalla ja erotettu englannin ja ruotsin kielten opinnot omiksi opintojaksoikseen. Kiinteistöjohtamisen opinnot on ryhmitelty uudelleen 5 op:n opintojaksoiksi sisältöjen pysyessa muuttumattomina. Polkujen valinnaisten opintojen tarjouskorit on päivitetty vastaamaan lähitulevaisuuden osaamistarpeita.
