Objective

Student
- is able to critically and theoretically analyse and justify the basis of their actions
- is able to assess the development needs within social services, identify solutions, and evaluate their effectiveness
- recognises the structure of the organisation and the functioning of the unit, understanding their objectives and significance within the service system
- is able to work independently and responsibly in different environments as a social services professional
- recognises the skills and competencies required for workplace management and understands the dimensions of diversity management
- understands the importance of well-being at work as part of self-management.

Early childhood education and care students must complete Internship 4 in an early childhood education and care setting.

Student has completed approximately 165 credits, including the course Internship 3 – Client work in the service system.
