Objective

On completion of the course the student knows main stages and principles of a development project. In addition, the student understands the importance of project economics and scheduling as well as principles of sustainability in a development project. The student is aware of design management principles. In this course the student applies skills learnt in earlier construction project management courses.

Content

The student learns construction and design management principles with help of an actual development project from feasibility study and design phases until contract preparation phase.
