Objective

The learning objectives of the course include knowledge of the phases of a construction project and their content, as well as the different parties involved in a construction project and what role each party plays. The student knows the importance of construction in society, taking into account sustainable development. The student knows the key areas of a construction economics and management as well as basic concepts of property management.

Content

On completion of the course the student knows
- the importance of the construction industry and sustainable construction in society
- different branches of the construction industry
- phases and stakeholders of a construction project
- basics of construction economics and management.

The student can in a satisfactory way to explain basics of construction economics.

The student is able to explain well basics of construction economics.

The student is able to explain basics of construction economics in an excellent way and apply learned matters according to the course content.
