Objective

On completion of the course the student will be able to:
- describe phases and main tasks of a construction project
- draw up a written report on selected main construction materials and construction machines
- describe construction of infrastructures
- comprehend the connection between a 3-dimensional structure and a drawing
- interpret simple plans and reports in building construction, and to describe selected contents of them
- describe the principles of personal safety equipment and ergonomics
- use information services in construction
