Low attendance in meetings. Teamwork skills need improvement. Inadequate project documentation. Low self-direction. Assignments need improvement. Weak response to feedback. The end product is deficient.

Regular attendance in meetings. Good teamwork skills. Good project documentation. Ability to apply the learned knowledge independently. Self-initiated learning. Ability to make use of feedback. The end product is adequate.

Regular attendance in meetings. Inspiring team worker. Ability to apply the learned knowledge and reflect on it. Exemplary interaction with clients. Excellent project documentation. Development driven approach to tasks Generation of new knowledge. The end product exceeds the client’s expectations.
