Objective
The students can act in the work process of stage technology. They understand the main principles of stage work and different professional groups. Students are able to take part in professional stage work within given schedules and goals. They know the production process of a professional theater company. They can document and present the stage systems and their own work on stage. The students know the safety risks involved in the stage technical systems and can take them into account when operating on stage.

Prerequisites
The participant of the course will learn the stage technological systems, their properties, their qualities, operational principles, and special requirements. They know how to safely execute rigging and lifting work and the work methods involved. The participant knows the work process of the stage and knows the safety risks regarding stage technological systems.
Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
The student works safely on stage as part of a workgroup. He/She documents and presents the production process and identifies common teams working on stage as well as stage technical systems and devices. He/She understands stage technology as a part of live performance production. The student is able to analyze and reflect his/her own skills as an employee and his/her own actions in the work community.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
The student works safely on stage as part of a workgroup. He/She analyzes, documents and presents the production process and identifies common teams working on stage as well as stage technical systems and devices. The student is aware of safety issues and shows good knowledge on stage technical systems. He/She understands stage technology as a part of live performance production. The student is able to analyze the work community independently. He/she is able to develop and reflect his/her own skills as an employee and his/her own actions in the work community.

The student works safely on stage as part of a workgroup. He/She is cooperative and safety-oriented. He/She analyzes, documents and presents the production process and identifies all teams working on stage as well as stage technical systems and devices. The student is aware of safety issues and shows good knowledge on stage technical systems. He/She understands stage technology as a part of live performance production. The student takes an active role analyzing and developing the work community. He/she is able to develop and reflect his/her own skills as an employee and his/her own actions in the work community.

Objective
Opiskelija osaa toimia osana näyttämötekniikan työryhmää ja tuntee ammattialan roolit ja työkäytännöt. Hän kykenee toimimaan ammattiteatterin näyttämöllä annettujen aikataulujen ja tavoitteiden mukaisesti. Hän tuntee ammattiteatterin tuotantoprosessin vaiheet erityisesti näyttämötekniikan näkökulmasta. Opiskelija ymmärtää näyttämömekaniikan järjestelmien toimintaperiaatteet ja osaa dokumentoida ja esitellä järjestelmien toiminnan. Opiskelija tuntee näyttämöteknisiin järjestelmiin liittyvät turvallisuusriskit ja osaa ottaa ne huomioon näyttämöllä toimiessa.

Hän hahmottaa näyttämötekniikan merkityksen esitystoiminnassa. Opiskelija reflektoi toimintaansa työyhteisössä ja yhteistyötaitojaan.
