Objectives
The student
is able to implement key nursing skills required of radiographers
is able to monitor and observe the health condition and vitals of patients of different ages and conditions
is able to assist and treat radiography patients of different ages and conditions
knows how to administer safe fluid therapy and drug treatment according to their authorisations
recognises the risks of medication abnormalities and knows how to prevent them and how to act if they occur
knows the protocol of resuscitation and how to apply their knowledge in practice
is able to perform the necessary calculations for drug and fluid therapy
is familiar with the basics of pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics in drug therapy
can identify different risk groups in patient care
understands the basic etiology of illnesses at the cellular level and cellular changes associated with them
understands the principles of healing at the cellular level
