Objective

Students are able to apply a user-centred design approach to their work and make technological and content-related choices during the execution of a project.

Content

Students work in projects where they take on a professional role of their choice. The role may be, for example, one of the following: chief technology officer, producer/leader, user interface and usability designer or chief content and concept officer.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Low attendance in meetings. Teamwork skills need improvement. Inadequate project documentation. Low self-direction. Assignments need improvement. Weak response to feedback. The end product is deficient.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Regular attendance in meetings. Good teamwork skills. Good project documentation. Ability to apply the learned knowledge independently. Self-initiated learning. Ability to make use of feedback. The end product is adequate.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Regular attendance in meetings. Inspiring team worker. Excellent project documentation. Ability to apply the learned knowledge and reflect on it. Exemplary interaction with clients. The end product exceeds the client’s expectations.
