Objective

Students are familiar with the developer-centred approach and production practices. Students master service design process from the perspective of their own role.

Students develop their professional identity and collaboration and problem-solving skills in an extensive project.

Regular attendance in meetings. Good teamwork skills. Good project documentation. Ability to apply the learned knowledge independently. Self-initiated learning. Ability to make use of feedback. The end product is adequate.

Regular attendance in meetings. Inspiring team worker. Ability to apply the learned knowledge and reflect on it. Excellent project documentation.
