Objective

Sustainable Community Planning
Understands the basics of land use planning, including zoning for housing, business, production, traffic, green areas and conservation areas.
Understands the role of community planning the energy economy of the society. Knows the possibilities for local energy production.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student is able to repeat the tasks described in Learning outcomes. All the assignments are returned and approved.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to apply the learned skills independently. All the assignments are returned in a satisfactory manner and in time.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

In addition to the foregoing skills the student is interested in and capable to increase the productivity and to develop new ways to complete the assignments as well as validate their solutions. Returned assignments evidence the expertise and proficiency.
