Objective
Professional English:
On completion of the course, the student will be able to produce formal reports and present them orally, refer to and include tables and figures appropriately in reports and oral presentations, evaluate the reliability of sources, and apply the conventions of technical writing and citation styles when writing a project report.

- is able to produce a simple basic formal project report and present it fairly effectively and professionally orally
- knows how to evaluate and find relevant sources when writing a project report or preparing a project presentation
- knows the basic conventions of technical writing, documenting sources, and referring to and including tables, figures, mathematical expressions and chemical formulae appropriately in reports and oral presentations, but is able to apply only some of them in project documents.
