Learning contents

By the end of the course, students will:

*be familiar with production processes and know how to analyse them
*be familiar with internal and external logistics
*be familiar with quality management systems and quality improvement processes
*have a good knowledge of IT-systems available for production process management

Skills contents

The student will be able to:
*connect production processes to other value creating processes and produce process analyses to find ways for efficiency improvement
*operate independently one IT-program for production management
* use one simulation program to improve production processes
