Competence Profile, Coaching and ISPLaajuus (3 ECTS)

Objective

Students can scan their personal strengths and development needs and make well-justified target-oriented development plans. They can implement their plan, follow it up and assess their own development on the basis of personal test, profiting from expert coaching. When needed, they will change their plans.
Students are familiar with methods of target-oriented personal development methods.
They know models created to facilitate personal development processes.
They recognize different concepts of personal development.
They practice using coaching as a pedagogical tool.
Students learn how to design their personal study plans and alter them according to needs.
