By the end of the course, students will:

* be familiar with many improvement models and their uses
*comprehend the challenges connected with extra organizational management an
*be familiar with management methods and styles, the use of time controlling, delegation and timing, principles of outsourcing and ICT-deployment
know the principles changfe management, team building and performance management
*be familiar with pay politics, pay structures and employment legislation to manage teams of specialists

Skills contents

The student will be able to:
*apply the main methods of management in organizations of skills workers
and direct them to better manage supply base
* analyse teams, processes and reporting for improving them in the context of a learning organization
