Objective
The student is familiar with the legislation, personnel qualification requirements and issues related to the licencing and reporting regulating entrepreneurship in social and health care. The student is aware of the client needs, operational environment and their developments in social and health care. The student possesses the skills to become a private service provider in social and health care.

The student’s learning assignments fulfill the course requirements excellently and the student has broad knowledge of entrepreneurship in social and health care and the related legislation and regulations. The student possesses excellent competences for working as a private social and health care provider.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
The student has the possibility to apply for recognition of prior learning and to receive an approval for accreditation for this course if the student has experience of working as an entrepreneur in social and health care for the duration of at least one accounting period.
