Objective
The student masters strategic thinking in management and is able to monitor and anticipate changes in social and health care as well as lead personnel through a process of change. By strategically anticipating staff competence development needs and thus ensuring achievement, the student enables the organization to cope with the challenges of constant change. The student is familiar with motivational theories and applies a motivational approach to daily management. The student is able to rationally use various tools of management by objectives, motivation management, as well as competence, performance and/or change management.
