Objective
The student follows the principles of collective advantage as well as social, environmental and economic responsibility in social and health care management. He/she is familiar with the legislation regulating responsible management and is able to make fair supervisory decisions in the key areas of human resource and operational management. As the employer’s representative, the student promotes responsibility, equality and fairness, and is able to find solutions for ethical conflicts within the organization. The student understands that ethical conduct in the workplace increases well-being, profitability, and the personnel’s trust in the management.
