Objective
The student is familiar with the steps of a research process and is able to design an R&D project leading to a Master’s Thesis. S/he can utilize methodology applicable to business research projects and is able to use scientific texts and professional literature to support problem-solving and implementation.
S/he can evaluate the suitability of various business research methods and choose those suited to his/her R&D project.
S/he can evaluate the quality of research and is able to present his/her plans and findings in a professional manner.

Sufficient performance: the student has completed basic requirements to pass the course and has demonstrated some ability to apply knowledge in the learning assignments related to working life. His/her analytical skills and/or the development approach need major improvement.

Good overall performance by the student in course work. The student has been an active learner as an individual and in teams. S/he has demonstrated how to apply knowledge in the learning assignments related to analysing and developing working life.
