Objective

The student will deepen his / her knowledge about economy, work life and business operations and the future challenges of them. The student finds tools to act and affect in organisation and understands the significance of interaction. The student acquires a better understanding of cultures and of cultural interaction, and finds tools to better encounter people from various kinds of cultural backgrounds. This way he/she is better equipt to work in an intercultural and international working life environment.
