The student will deepen the knowledge and skills acquired during studies. The course focuses on work planning and management on construction sites.

The student knows the meaning and significance of the different areas of project management. He or she knows the basics of the topics of the course. The student knows the basic concepts related to the course.

The student is familiar with project management plans and knows how to use them in production control. The student is aware of the connections of different plans and knows the related concepts well.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student masters production planning and control and understands their effect on each other. The student masters the concepts related to project management very well.
