Objective

The student will be familiar with subcontracting on a building construction site and knows how it is planned and managed. The student will be familiar with the basics of site logistics.

On completion of the course the student will be able to
- describe procurement types, procurement categories and the principle of procurement collaboration
- describe the process of planning and managing subcontracting and material procurements
- draw up a site logistic plan for a standard procurement
- draw up a task plan for a standard procurement
