Objective

The student will be familiar with the essential legislation related to the operation and management of a housing company and the tasks of the property manager in the company administration. The student will also be familiar with the rights and responsibilities of shareholders.
The student will be able to apply the essential legislation in the operation of a housing company. The student will be able to use various sources to acquire juridical information when necessary.
