Objective

After completing this course the student understands the role of different functions in business planning and management. He/she can identify various business strategies and what is needed when following a certain strategy. The student knows the basic principles of business planning and its time frames. In addition to that the student understands the role of accounting in business management and what has to be taken into account when measuring the business.

Content

The basic strategies of a company, measurement of operations, management accounting, business planning: concept, tools and time frames.
