Objective

Student knows basics in process automation, structure of the process automation systems He/she is familiar with the most common process instrumentation and measurements at the plant. He/she knows basics in control: PID controller, controller tuning and process dynamics.

Student is able to pr1oduce and read PI diagrams. He/she is also able to tune PID controllers.
