Objective

The student gets acquainted with power plant technology, its design process, selection of process parameters. After this course he/she has the information needed for preliminary design of power plants. The student can also handle the most common situations encountered in the power plant process when modernizing the power plants (excluding boilers). He/she knows also new methods of producing power.
