Objective

The student will understand the importance of contractural documents for social benefits, employment, as well as employees relations. In addition, the student will gain an ability to lead a team of workers in everyday projects.

Content

The basics of employee relations such as employee contracts and its contects such as hours,wages and overhead and contract trermination are covered. The Finnish contract negotiation system and the the different professional fields are also covered. The everyday managerial tasks are practiced in both group and individual projects.
