Objective

The student understands the basic laws of fluid mechanics and thermal physics and is able to apply them in construction engineering. He/she is also able to perform physical measurements, estimate the accuracy of the results and write laboratory reports.

Fluid statics. Fluid flow. Temperature and equations of state. Heat and phase changes. Laboratory work and exercises.
