The student will be able to understand the core terminology and practices of real estate business. He or she will be able to evaluate real estate markets, real estate business practices and facility development.

Real estate development and facility management economics; markets and investments;
various special cases; real estate market analysis.

The student knows the basic terms of real estate development and management. He or she is able to describe the key factors in real estate markets.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student is able to carry out an analysis of real estate markets, knows the key actors and is able to write down the key elements.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student is able to analyse real estate markets and draw conclusions based on the information provided, knows the key elements and is able to use the tools of a real estate investor.
